Dr. Lucy Todd is a distinguished educator, researcher, and communication specialist with over a decade of experience in education. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) with a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Lucy is passionate about helping universities empower their staff and students to communicate science with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Having taught at multiple academic levels, from undergraduates to senior researchers, Lucy understands the challenges academics face in making their work engaging and accessible. Her unique approach combines evidence-based teaching methods with creative communication strategies, helping researchers move beyond information delivery to genuine connection and influence.
